Shipping policy

 

Once order is placed with prepaid mode, we dispatch the order in 48-72 hours in general. However, in some high volume items, dispatch can be extended up to 20 days. For such items, we occasionally take pre-order. 

Shipping charges are as per below pointers:

• Free Shipping above ₹ 1699, Standard Shipping ₹ 99 per order.
• Prepaid Bonus- Additional ₹50 off for prepaid orders (auto applies at checkout)
• For COD orders, additional ₹ 150 is charged as handling fee.

Once product is shipped you will receive updates on your Email & WhatsApp. If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.
