Order Payment Policy (Updated on: 02-02-2023 9:00 PM)
Sellers are paid the full amount for their products. No commission or hidden fees is charged.
After receiving the order seller would be required to courier the order to the customer’s address and add tracking details in “Manage my sales”
Payment will be made only for orders whose tracking details show the product is in-transit or delivered to the customer’s address.
For hand-delivered orders, a seller should upload photos where the sender, receiver, and package all 3 are visible. Any other tracking details for hand-delivered orders will be considered NULL & VOID.
For products priced less than Rs. 5000/- Sales Payment will be transferred to the seller’s registered UPI or Bank Account within 48 to 72 Hrs. of adding shipping details.
For products priced Rs. 5000/- or more: Sales Payment will be transferred to the seller’s registered UPI or Bank Account after 48 hrs of delivery. If the customer raises any return/refund request for the product then payment will be processed after the return/refund issue is closed.
If the buyer’s return/return request is accepted i.e. if the buyer’s claim is genuine then the product will be shipped back to the seller’s address and the order will be cancelled.
If the buyer’s return/return request is not accepted i.e if the buyer’s claim is not genuine then the payment will be made within 12 hrs of closing the return/refund issue.

New Shipping Payment Policy: (Launched on 28-11-2022 7:30 PM; Last Updated on: 28-11-2022 7:30 PM)
1. Add your Shipping Charge:
Visit Seller Tools section from your app and set the shipping cost which you want to charge from the seller. In new system you will below 3 options to mention your shipping cost:
Option 1: Free Shipping on all order
Select this option if you wish to offer free shipping on all orders to all your buyers.
Option 2: Fix shipping charge on all orders
Select this option if you wish to charge a fix shipping amount for all orders from all your buyer.
If you select this option you would be required to mention a fix amount (say Rs. 70/-) which you wish to charge.
Option 3: Free Shipping above certain amount
Select this option if you wish buyer to buy more items from your store.
If you select this option you would be required to mention 2 details:
1st: A fix order amount (say Rs. 1199/-) above which buyer will get free shipping on their order.
2nd a shipping amount (say Rs. 70/-) wish you wish to charge on all order if buyer purchases for lower bill value.
2. How much will the buyer pay and How much will I get?
Buyer will be paying the shipping amount as per your mentioned details on Seller Tools section.
If you have selected option 1 then buyer will getting free shipping on their orders and we will paying Rs. 0/- as shipping cost for this order.
If you have selected option 2 then buyer will be paying the mentioned fix amount for all orders. Say if you have mentioned Rs. 70 under option 2 then buyer will be paying Rs. 70 as shipping charge if they order any item (or items) from your store and we will be paying you complete Rs. 70/- for the order irrespective for your actual expense.
If you have selected option 3 then how buyer will be paying the shipping charge depending on their order value. Say you have mentioned Rs. 1200 as order value to be eligible for free shipping and want buyer to pay Rs. 70/- for order value below Rs. 1200/- then:
Say buyer is ordering items worth Rs. 950/- then buyer will be paying Rs. 70/- as the shipping charge and we will be paying you complete Rs. 70/- as the shipping cost for this order.
Say buyer is ordering items worth Rs. 1250/- then buyer will be getting free shipping on their order and we will paying you Rs. 0/- as shipping cost for this order.
FAQs for New Shipping Payment Policy:
Q1. How do I mention Shipping Charges?
Ans – Go to my account -> Seller tools. Inside the seller tools section, you will find “ Shipping charges”
Q2. On what basis will I get payment for my old orders?
Ans – Shipping Charge Payment for your old order (i.e. order received till 28-11-2022 7:30 PM) will be as per old Shipping Charge policy.
Q3. What about the products which I uploaded before (old uploads)?
Ans – After 7:30 PM Buyers will be paying according to the new policy and their payment will as per the new policy.
Reward Policy For January & February :
Rewards for sales made on January or February will be based on “Worth of Products sold” unlink previous reward structure which was based on “Number of products sold”.

Referral Benefit Policy (Updated on 8 Feb 2023 23:30)
New Update: From 9 Feb 2023 00:01 onwards we will not be accepting any new users under our referral program.
When you refer your friend – you are referrer and your friend is referee. Referral benefits would be applicable only if your friend (referee) registers with your referral code.
Referral Benefits: There are 2 types of benefits under Referral Program
) Upload reward –
Both you & your friend will earn one-time Rs. 50/- after your friend (referee) uploads 10 products.
For Upload reward, each Product should be of price min. Rs. 250/-
Sales reward –
You will earn 10% of their sales amount as sales reward
You keep earning sales reward for first 10 order of each referee
For Sales reward, there is no minimum limit on Product price
Maximum sales reward for each sale that your friend (referee) make is Rs. 350/-
Only product price will be considered in sales amount. Shipping price (if any) would not be considered in sales amount.
Any order between you and your referee will not be considered. Only successful order will be considered in sales reward.
Order is considered successful once it is couriered to customer. Any Cancellation in process/Cancelled orders will not be considered.
Referral money will be credited every Tuesday for last week.
Week is considered from Monday to Sunday.
Amount will be processed only when your collective earning is more than 100.
In case it is less than 100, it will be added for the next week cycle.
Payment will be processed to Oyela registered bank account/UPI id
